Critical: Quality, ValueWent here because everybody was booked for the holidays and asked for a simple cut (rounded in back and a little bit of layers! The cut is horrible and uneven plus I have this weird chopped section on one side of my head!!! I tried to called and talk to them about the issue but the lady complained that she could not hear me on the phone! Now my hair will be stuck in a ponytail for the next couple of months unless I want my hair cut to my ears! Went here because everybody was booked for the holidays and asked for a simple cut (rounded in back and a little bit of layers! The cut is horrible and uneven plus I have this weird chopped section on one side of my head!!!
