She shows drive and passion into helping her clients meet their goals both short term and long term. Her scheduling is super easy online and makes it easy to integrate appointments into my work life. The services I received was body sculpting and a 30 minute deep tissue massage. After each visit, I always felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. Connie was absolutely amazing. She helped me relax by giving cues and guiding me through the massage. I was practically a puddle after 20 minutes. I had so much neck and shoulder pain going in, and by the end of my 90 minutes, I felt like a new person! She is so knowledgeable and gave me advice on stretches I can do at home to target my pain.
