Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy using micro-particles of pure salt. In the world of physical healing, all forms of halotherapy are said to ease the symptoms of asthma, allergies, migraines and seasonal affective disorder (S.A.D.), correct chemical imbalance, fight infection in the body and bring down fever, cleanse toxins from the cells and tissues of the body, and combat illness and/or a range of disorders of the lungs, skin and nervous system. Halo Salt Spa also offers multiple modalities of massage! The Myofascial massage involves applying light to firm pressure. Fascia is a type of connective tissue that can become restricted due to overuse such as heavy lifting, injuries/accidents, etc. The goal of massage is to stretch, lengthen and loosen the fascia, so it can move more freely.		$140.00

Halo spa was recommended by my friends older brother and it was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself since I left here I haven’t stopped raving and recommending everyone to Halo salt spa. We’ve been coming to Halo Salt Spa for salt sessions for the past 7 month. We continue to come back every week even though they are 50 miles away from our home. It is very nice and clean. The personal is extremely helpful and welcoming. They are also very kid friendly. We started salt sessions because our son had asthma for 2 years and we were looking to find an alternative to all steroids and hormones that our 5 year old was taking. Since we started the salt therapy we haven’t had any asthma attack.
