had Facebook booking available so I booked an appointment. Got there, sat and waited, and was then told my appt was never booked and I wasn’t scheduled. I had the confirmation information right there. Then the nail tech working claimed it wasn’t something they could turn off, that I “should’ve booked on the app” or something? There’s no app or anything advertised by them, but okay. Nail tech spoke over me, talked down to me and clearly didn’t care to hear me say “hey, I did book this way though and YES it can be turned off if you don’t honor online booking. But it also has to be manually accepted, so someone did accept my appt”. All of this happened without any actual information from the salt spa / massage person who apparently handles all of that side of things. With all of that said, I’ll continue taking my normal drive to another salt room and won’t be supporting this local business. As of the same afternoon, online booking has been turned off!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been looking for a local Salt Room/Spa that was open on the weekends so I was excited when I came across this one. With all of the dry weather my allergies have been really bad. It was after hours on Friday when I found their information online, so I sent a Facebook message. They were very responsive and accommodating…at 10am on Saturday they sent a message back and I had an appt that day at 2pm. The spa and salt room is very clean and beautiful, the heated and massaging chaises are so nice and just add to the overall experience. The salt room was very relaxing and extremely helpful with my allergies and congestion. I went on Saturday and then booked another appt for Monday. The staff both times were super nice, very personable and friendly and the two visits have already helped my allergies and asthma immensely. I have been looking for a local Salt Room/Spa that was open on the weekends so I was excited when I came across this one. With all of the dry weather my allergies have been really bad. It was after hours on Friday when I found their information online, so I sent a Facebook message. Well, when I asked my wife what she wanted for Valentine’s day she asked me to find out about visiting this new business here in Lincolnton. I looked it up online and then called Thursday and made her, my MIL as we as myself an appointment for this afternoon. The facility is very nice and clean and they also do massages as well as Nail stuff for they ladies. The” salt” room is a relaxing place to spend time in. Per the brochure as well as what I’ve researched online it supposed to be beneficial for several ailments as well as just generally good for your respiratory system overall. I have had a cough since Thanksgiving it’s getting slowly better but I’m hoping that by going here a few times it might hopefully finally rid me of this aggravating cough. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Beautiful space! I love the Salt Room. Cleared my lungs of lingering gunk after being a non smoker for 2 years (smoker over 20 years) and still feeling a rattling deep in my lungs when I took deep morning breathes, EVERY MORNING. First morning I didn’t feel it was after my first Salt Room experience and it’s been gone ever since! Magickal!!!
