I have visited other salt rooms in Lexington and this one is by far the best! My young daughter was suffering from severe allergies and literally coughing every few minutes. After one session at the Halo Salt Room, she had IMMEDIATE relief and could finally rest. This amazing healing place has PRIVATE rooms, the most comfortable reclining chairs I have ever laid in, and the highest concentration of salt than the other places in town. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from inflammation of any kind, allergies, eczema, and any other breathing issues. The owners, Donnie and Kari are very knowledgeable and helpful and truly care about helping people feel better. This is one of the best places to visit to improve your overall health.

Absolutely amazing experience! I had never been to one before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place was very clean and relaxing! I liked that the floor wasn’t covered in salt. It was very relaxing and I fell asleep. I took 4 kids in, 2 of which have terrible allergies. They can already feel a difference in breathing, and their eyes not itching. We are going back tomorrow to experience it again!

I had my first halo salt room experience. I was so stuffy from seasonal allergies when I sat down to start my session. Within 5 mins my nose started to drip and by bedtime I could breathe easily through my nose. It lasted for 4 days straight. I am amazed and hooked! I can’t wait for my next session. The spa is spotless and the owner is knowledgeable and very nice. Exceptional experience!

Today I tried the Bemer therapy and a salt room session. Both were great! I have been suffering from allergies this week and I am breathing SO much better now. The aesthetic is warm and calming. And the recliners in the salt room are very relaxing. The owners, Donnie and Keri are very nice and it’s obvious they just want to help you feel better.

My wife and I went in and had a salt therapy session. My wife is considered a long-hauler from Covid, she lost her sense of smell over a year ago and still hasn’t gotten it back so we figured we would give it a try. We called to book a visit to the salt room on a whim today. The staff was so so nice and accommodating! My elderly grandmother does not get out often so it was nice to be able to just drop by while she was out for other errands. The salt therapy was both relaxing and relieving!
