Didn’t get the results I asked for! I called the business a day before showing them a photo of the kind of look I was going for which was balayage. They confidently said they could do it and when I got to the salon the next day I was assigned to a hairstylist that didn’t speak any English and when I showed her the desired photo she seemed confused. The owner was busy with other clients so I didn’t get the attention my hair needed (I was paying north of $300 -as a new client) and the stylist frequently and to ask the owner what to do and was very hesitant with my hair. Instead of balayage I got all black hair. Could have done that with a $25 dye box on my own from rite aid. I do not recommend this business. If you want to get your hair done go someplace else.
