I have very long, thick hair, and when I called to schedule my appointment, I was sure to tell them that so they were ready for me. When I got there, the girl asked if I wanted a wash and condition – I had just washed my hair that afternoon, so I didn’t want it washed again, so I said no. Normally, in other salons, if I say that I don’t want it washed, the then ask to spray my hair down with water to cut it (again, because my hair is so thick.) Not only didn’t she ask to wet it down, she didn’t wet it at all – cut my hair bone dry! Half way through, she said out loud “I’m not sure if I can blend this layer right or not…” but continued to hack away at my head!

I went in for a body wave perm and left with a large fried mess of hair. First of all, the girl who did my perm also dyed my hair a couple months prior (brown to caramel blonde) and didn’t think it was necessary to say “hey you shouldn’t perm previously dyed hair.” And I didn’t know you can’t do that (bc I didn’t go to beauty school). Secondly, when I went in to ask for a refund bc my hair was not a perm, rather It was severely and noticeably damaged, the owner said it wasn’t as damaged as I said it was. My hair was so fried, I had breakage at the roots of my hair and tiny bald spots as a result of it. They offered free deep conditioning treatments, but no refund; Even though what I paid for wasn’t a body wave. Terrible salon. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

When I saw these low life thieves open a new salon under a different address, I just needed to repost my review so everyone knows how awful these people are. They ripped me off three years ago and I still won’t forget. Also, check them out on yelp, you’ll never want to go here! It is dirty, they steal money from their customers and they don’t care how they treat people.
