Took my 85 year old mother in law for a pedicure… as a treat. She deserved it … her pedi turned out okay. Mine was absolutely horrible. The guy dug so far into my toenail and ripped a whole part of my skin off. I almost hit the ceiling. There was no sorry as I was bleeding. I would have left then and there had it not been for my MIL

My experience was painful actually..just a manicure with clear polish. It started with a cold bowl of water..no soap..no brush..no alcohol was used..his steps were so backwards..take off my existing polish before u cut my cuticles to bleeding and then put some acetone polish remover on them OUCH! I looked forward to the hand massage well that didn’t happen unless he thinks a dab of lotion and pulling my knuckles to crack them is a massage? He needs to get some more training. My daughter paid $25 for that horrible experience and he didn’t get a tip! Get some more training thats your tip!

Worst experience ever. I walked in asked about prices my daughter who is 8 wanted her fingernails and toenails polished. They told me $18 .00. I then asked how much for acrylics for myself they told me $40.00. I agreed to the prices. The man that did my nails was the worst ever he did them so fast that he cut most of my fingers above the cuticles. When he took the buffer he buffed them so bad and so hard I thought I was going to jump through the roof. My daughter was so excited to have her nails done that when I went to pay she distracted me for me to look at her nails. My bill should have been $58 plus tax. They charged me $70.00. I called them when I got home to find out why they charged me so much and they told me it was because my daughter got a pedi and the pedi cost $30.00. I told them that was polish only. They’re not going to credit me back my money. I will never ever do business there again or recommend this place to anyone.

My friend and I booked an appointment in advance for a simple manicure with nail polish. As we walked we waited 5 minutes before two women walked in and said they were there last minute and wanting to know if they will take a walk in. They took them in right away knowing that we had been sitting there waiting for a few minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT. After we had been waiting for 15 minutes another person walked in and said the same thing and they took her in, in about 2 minutes. WE WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES NO SERVICE. Do not come to this awful place. It was dirty and they do not care about there costumers. When we addressed the women she could care less! I am so disappointed and will never be coming here again.

I want there because the place i usually go to was full. My friend and I called and made an appointment ahead of time because we were crushed on time. When we walked in there were others waiting to. She asked us when our appointment was and also asked other person and there appointment was the same as ours. They got in right away and we remained to wait. Another person walked in right away and got in before us while we were still waiting. It was 35 mins after our schedule appointment so we walked out. When my grandma addressed the girl she couldn’t care less all she said was sorry. They overbook and not a good place to go to.

I just had the most unpleasant experience and am angry w/ myself for not walking out before allowing this most unprofessional person to complete my manicure. I can’t believe how roughly I was treated at a nail spa. This was the most painful and uncomfortable experience I have ever had to pay for! I don’t know if this person is the owner or an employee; but I can’t imagine ever allowing him to touch my hands again. My nails have been cut almost to the quick, my cuticles damaged, my skin and nail tips filed roughly, and the polish didn’t cover the tips of my nails but on my fingers! I was done in less than 20 minutes! This person should be fired !

I had asked for a design done- at the end of my appointment the man doing my nails said “I dont do designs”. I wanted short square nails, and that was not what I got done. WORST “salon” ever!!! My pedicure was so messy… all this guy wanted to do was use his drill on my nails and grind them away! Even worse, my gel polish peeled off after less than a week!!! They wouldn’t even let me soak it off — they said “we’re too busy for that”. NEVER EVER will I go back! Pedicure, Manicure
