Went in today to get my nails done for graduation, arrived about 11am, no wait. I went to Aki and she HOOKED me up. I haven’t been to the salon in a while because I’m rarely satisfied but I was so happy. My nail were tender from removing my previous set that I did at home and she was so gentle. I chose 5 colors, I’m extra, and she gladly painted my nails exactly how I wanted. I attached what I wanted and my nails, only difference was the shape. The pink shirt is my sample pic from IG. My fingers have severe dry skin so I have some skin and cuticle peel otherwise, great job. A lil pricey at $70 but worth it.

If I could Zero stars I would!!! The place was horrible!! 1st. The guy was rushing the whole pedicure and the chair they put in was broken I’m 5’10 and could move the chair back so uncomfortable. 2nd he didn’t take his time to cut or clean up my toes or off the back of my foot. 3rd when he was done putting the gel Polish on it came right off he had to do it aging I believe cause he did not leave the light on long enough.

First time here, for some birthday nails, so I got an SNS tip set for $45 to see if I like the place. Not sure if tools were cleaned after each use, or if techs wash hands between clients, but everyone had masks and there are barriers. Wade was good and honored my requests. Will go back.

Do not waste your time coming here for a pedicure (young lady with the bleached blonde ponytail did mine, idk her name), it hasn’t even been 24 hrs and my toes are chipping. They actually were not painted well at all and whatever she used to scrub my foot made the bottom of my foot rough, mind you I gave myself a slight pedicure a couple days earlier with Johnson’s foot soap and my feet were baby soft. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t done for my birthday and I hadn’t waited 3 hours to even be seen. On a good note , ling is excellent at her job, even when she became tired she paid attention to every detail. She made my birthday worth the gruesome wait. But customer service overall is lacking and some people need to work harder on perfecting their skill cause this pedicure experience suckedddddddd !!!!

The finger nail techs are great, but the PEDICURES(any type) are HORRIBLE. They rush through the service and charge additional for everything. The pedi techs get an attitude when asked to redo or fix something. I have used different ppl figuring I would get better service, but they are all the same– bare minimum. Definitely not getting any footwork done there anymore.

Don’t really see what the hype is about. One thing for sure though, I know I won’t be returning nor recommending this salon. Service was mediocre at best. Went in for a pedicure, when I told the lady I wanted a French design she literally rolled her eyes and told me French is $8 more, which I replied with no problem. I’m aware French is always an additional charge, but even if I wasn’t aware, her attitude was really uncalled for. Nonetheless, she completed the service within 15 minutes from start to finish, nothing spectacular. Then when I handed her a tip she snatched it from my hand and just turned and walked away. So with that I definitely won’t be spending my money there anymore.
