Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueStaff was super nice but the quality is incredibly poor and sloppy. I got dip powder taken off and reapplied to my natural nail and the tech was so so rough on it 🙁 instead of letting me soak in acetone he was constantly drilling and wiping between me dipping in acetone. Wayyy too many layers of dip were applied and the results were very thick, very poorly shaped nails. I asked for coffin shape and instead got thick blobs. Would not recommend this place :(I called after the owner said they’d like to make things right and was denied a refund multiple times. Staff was super nice but the quality is incredibly poor and sloppy. I got dip powder taken off and reapplied to my natural nail and the tech was so so rough on it 🙁 instead of letting me soak in acetone he was constantly drilling and wiping between me dipping in acetone. Critical: QualityI got acrylic nails done here a week ago and already 4 of my nails lifted and two fell off. It is ridiculously overpriced for the quality you get (I paid $80 for these) I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but I constantly had to worry if my nails were going to pop off while typing throughout the week. It is ridiculously overpriced for the quality you get (I paid $80 for these) I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but I constantly had to worry if my nails were going to pop off while typing throughout the week.
