Made an appointment 6 months ago for a wedding updo at the hotel. Was told I had an appointment. Come time I had to remake my appointment and now we’re unable to come to my hotel communication is lack luster at best.Also the lady was unable to do the hair style she stated she could. I felt like i left there with a friend, lilas hair looked like she flew to NYC FOR THE DAY, and the location was clean, and decorated very modern. I would like to state that I should have known better than to go into a salon in Ukiah to get my hair bleached and colored. Also I know how traumatizing a bad hair outcome can be and feel bad not sharing. After research and reading reviews I settled on a stylist at halo. I went in for a consult and was quickly reassured that what I wanted done could be achieved. When I went in for the appointment, I had made some changes to the original plan. Again I was reassured that it was possible. My hair turned out exactly how I did not want it turn out (brassy, yellow, and with some green tones) and I ruined my beautiful brown hair. I would like to mention that the stylist worked on multiple clients while working on my hair. That might have been part of the problem. I was told to reschedule for a touch up that would again give me the look I was seeking. My gut has not stopped telling me to look for a new stylist. I cancelled my follow up appointment, traveling hours away to have this fixed, and most likely having to spend another couple hundred. Big bummer!
