I’ve been looking for a new Spa because I was very displeased with my last. HALO is my new go to. I had a wonderful experience getting my nails and toes done today. Stephen is a great tech. They make you comfortable, the salon is clean, and there are numerous techs to choose from. It’s best to book an appointment because they are busy. But if you can’t, it would be worth the wait. The only thing that was upsetting was the woman next to me was truly awful. She did nothing but complain, but her tech was very professional and kept her cool. She’s lucky, if I’d been her tech, I would have thrown her out. Please be kind to those who are providing a service for you. If you are unhappy there are cordial ways of handling that.

I booked an appointment here because my regular nail tech cancelled on me last minute and I needed a fill/pedi before I left for vacation. This was absolutely the WORST fill I’ve ever gotten and I was originally planning on getting a whole new set… I’m so glad I did not. My pedicure was absolutely amazing and I had no issues, but my manicure on the other hand was absolutely ridiculous. I always get the same gel color on my fingers – black with matte top coat. I’ve gotten this every two weeks for probably the last two years, so I know that the black gel color needs to cure under the lamp longer than other gel colors. The tech finished my mani, but I noticed right away that the polish was bubbling as it did not dry all the way through. My tech did not have time to fix my nails for me as she had another appointment come in, so I was brought to another tech who had the nastiest attitude with me. She refused to let me keep my nails under the lamp longer once she fixed my nails, and she also used a different matte top coat on the fingers she fixed… so half of them are completely different shades of matte. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and my nails started peeling and bubbling hours after leaving the salon. The second tech who fixed my nails SWORE they were dry, and I told her that I would be back to get them fixed if they peeled again. At this point, she told me not to come back. Terrible customer service and extremely overpriced. I spent over $150 (with tip) for a basic gel pedicure and a fill because I was charged extra for the length and matte top coat. Please spend your $$$$$ somewhere else.

I’ve been a customer for over 6 years. Always clean, mostly friendly, and they do good work. I went yesterday for a dip powder manicure and a pedicure. I was told they don’t match regular polish for toes to dip powder (they have for the past 6 years), and I would have to use gel. When I was done, I was charged for the pedicure, dip powder manicure, and a $20 upcharge for using gel polish on my toes!!!!! For one coat – not the whole bottle. I was upsold and scammed – they lost a loyal customer.

Great experience. I went there to obtain a gift and ended up getting a gel manicure. I was surprised since it was Christmas eve. It took approximately 40 minutes and they were busy. I think I may be going back. Thank you Halo Day Spa.

My nails actually last three weeks with the dip powder! The nail technicians take their time, and I never feel rushed. You do need to make an appointment, which is easy because they have an online portal, or you can call.

After a long search to find a place to get our nails done at the last minute, we found a hidden gem. The Halo is decorated nicely, the people are pleasant, and they visible take precautions to ensure everything is sanitized and clean. Very impressed and we will be coming again. Oh! I forgot my nails look great too.

I ended up here as I was given a gift card. I have continued to go here exclusively now for two years. They are very clean and professional. I appreciate using their online appointment service. I usually don’t get anything too fancy (Mani (on natural nails)and Pedi).I am always satisfied. My daughter gets gel nails and they are flawless. I will continue to use their friendly service.

1st time here and will return. The place is just clean and how the staff do their job is just clean. I really enjoyed my pedicure and SNS service.I also got my eye brows done but wouldn’t trust them with that again. Anyways, I usually don’t do appointments but I made mine for three weeks later when I notice the crowd they bring in. The pics below a week post my visit. The paint on my feet are beginning to chip but my nails are good.
