Honestly, if I had nothing to loose I’d put a brick thru their window. What a joke this place is. Only reason I went here is cause Tony had closed the B’ville Barbershop down early for a community event. Sat there for 30 minutes before being told saturdays are (mostly) for appointment only so I made an appointment for the following day. Wish I didn’t. How hard is a taper fade? That’s all I got, he didn’t even have to touch the top. I had clumps of full length hair still on the back of my head. No to mention the fact the dude has no idea how to do a beard. I asked him to clean me up so he takes the mustache off my lips, kinda lines the right side of my face, but never does anything to the left. I went home, took my $20 Walmart trimmer and had my girlfriend go over everything. Needless to say I will never go there again…. Actually 0/5 stars but Google won’t let me.

Went there was never told whether it’s by appointment only or not sat there for 40 minutes without one person speaking a word to me. 2 other people I’m assuming must have had appointments went while I sat there like a dip sh×t. I did gwt to see one of the barbers snoke his vape right in the shop in front of everyone…. and then he put on deodorant right at his chair. Place is trash, atleast customer service, didn’t actually get a cut their. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of their professionalism.

On 6/4/2022 at 1:04 pm, I contacted this location via phone (500-2337) and requested an appointment on Monday. I was told I’d be seen by Issac. I verified the location was in Bville and was told that was correct. Monday came, I left work early, hauled right over w my son, and arrived promptly at 5pm. All of the barbers were with customers, doing haircuts. No one addressed us whatsoever. We sat down and waited our turn. Finally at 5:20, a gentleman named Cory completed his haircut and addressed us. He said he couldn’t find our appointment in the computer. He suggested I must have called another location but per my phone record, I had called this location. He explained that I didn’t have an appointment and my I could return later in the week, if I wanted. No one seemed to notice or care we had already waited over 20-minutes to be turned away. I’ll never be back. What terrible customer service and a waste of time!

By far one of the worst hair cuts i have gotten. I went in and got my hair cut by yogi because my barber at my normal shop was fully booked. And the hair cut i got was so bad im going to be wearing a hat for the next 2 weeks until it hopefully grows out enough that my regular barber can fix their mistakes. Definitely will not be going back
