I came to Hali when I got my hair done at a different salon and it came back horribly nothing like what I wanted done and Hali was on her way home and decided to come back because she realized how upset I was about my hair and she informed me that there was nothing that I could do to my hair that wouldn’t make it fall off, but she did help me in Make me realize that it’s OK and that I just need to get my money back. she calmed me down and helped me a lot.
