These ladies work hard and do a great job. They know me by name and always do their best to get me in right away. I enjoy both pedicures and manicures, I get the powder dip done every four weeks and if I have a chipped nail, which is rare, they always fix it quickly! I won’t go anywhere else in Ames to get my nails done!

Hailey’s was a recommendation to me by a coworker. I went in gor the 1st time. I didn’t know anything about dipped nails. I just knew I didn’t want any fake nails. I gave Crystal free reign to do what ever she wanted. She chose 5 colors of dipped and painted a design on 4 nails. I was very impressed. I will be returning.

They took me last minute & did a good job with my solar fill, better than most places I have went. And the polish has lasted the 2 weeks .. I also got a pedicure and they didn’t over charge, and my designs on my toes still look great!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE DO DEATH!!! i never ever leave reviews but crystal is my favorite nail tech! i moved from out of state and had been bouncing around to different nail shops because im very picky and couldnt find anyone i liked. first time was a charm and ive been going to her for almost a year now and i love it. everyone is so friendly, super sweet and do a fantastic job. it breaks my heart to see negative reviews because they always do such a great job. i love it!!!! if the owner reads this you need to bake a cake for crystal shes amazing!!!!!!! i love this place and will continue to come…. AS LONG AS CRYSTAL IS THERE!!!! thanks so much! ill be seeing you soon. also you pay for what you get!! she not cheap nor expense. if your looking to get what you pay for go to the mall and get a set done for $25 but dont complain if your nails fall off or they are uneven !!! good work guys!!!

I Dont normally post reviews. But, I had the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. And I come from a retail background and am usually pretty understanding when it comes to these experiences. We scheduled an appointment at 11am. We called and let them know we would be running a few minutes late, exactly 3 minutes. We arrived and waited until 1140. They kept telling us, oh only 10 minutes more. An hour later and we finally said something. The response from the nail artist was but you guys were late. From my experience, common courtesy is to wait 5 minutes due to clock differences. Dont waste your time in going here, they are incredibly disrespectful and their prices are high.

Critical: PunctualityI was told to come in at 11am to get my nails done. Got there at 10:45am and they weren’t even open! The sign said they open at 12pm. Very poor quality for making my scheduled time. I’ll drive to Ankeny where I normally go.
