My fiancée came here to get a trim. Although the haircut was great, there is a major concern with their sanitation. Stylist does not clean cutting utensils or sanitize area before/after service. Major no no. Someone could get ring worm or infections if you don’t clean your buzzer or scissors, very unprofessional which led to losing a customer. Will not be returning

Today was my 3rd haircut here and I have never been disappointed. Clean shop, friendly owners, reasonable prices, and plenty of on street parking. I have been looking for a barber shop in the area for over a year, and I finally found it. I highly recommend this friendly and professional shop! My only complaint is sitting there and not understanding a single word as they all speak in their native language. Some days it’s so much that I just want to walk out. If not for the good cuts and supporting a local business I would leave.

Overall, not a welcoming or pleasant experience. I think you have to be friends or family with these barbers to get a good experience. Walked in first time, I greeted everyone, I got no greeting back. There was no “welcome” response being that this business opened recently and should be grateful for customers. The barber, maybe owner/manager? Not sure, he was behind the register desk when I walked in. I have the easiest haircut in the world, nothing fancy and I told him exactly what I wanted, yet he deviated multiple times and proceeded to try things I told him not to do. There was no conversation, even though I was initiating. There was minimal feedback or response from him. During my shape up, I got cut up. He even started to shave my neck. I have no hair on my neck! He ripped off a mole and I was in discomfort afterwards! Very brute with the use of his shaver. Thank God I turned down the blade. I just did not trust him doing the job. In the end, I walked away feeling that they didn’t care for my business. Why open up a business if you’re not going to appreciate every customer that walks into it. Maybe this business should just function as a hangout for friends and family only. Let them get the best treatment. If you are not a friend or family member, don’t go here. I’m never coming back here again.

I went here for a simple shave. A very young man did the deed. Or at least attempted to. I take it he was either just learning or just finished training. First of all, the bad things that happened: HE STRAIGHT RAZOR SHAVED ME DRY. I was heavily irritated. He couldn’t stretch the skin on my cheeks to shave me properly and had me “blow.” Meaning he wanted me to inflate my cheeks. I shouldn’t have to do anything. I’ve been shaved dozens of times and this was the worst. Furthermore, he didn’t brush me off. All of my cut hairs were left on my face and my ears. And he left multiple spots unshaven. Even after using a straight razor and a buzzer. Also, he can’t fade. At all. And when I asked him to shorten my beard a little bit he said it looked good as it was. Which just annoyed me. Granted i was already annoyed with my irritated skin.
