I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The end result was not bad but the process of getting the service done was ROUGH. My nail tech was extremely rushed and did not take her time at all. She was careless with the nail file and I ended up walking away with a few cuts from the file slipping off the nail onto the skin and filing too deep under the nail. She also did not make an effort to ensure that the entirety of the nail had polish’s on it resulting in the sides being bare. From afar they look pretty good but up close you can start to see the lack of quality and care.

They did a great job on my pedicure! I got a gel pedicure with French tip. It ended up being $89 for the service. It included a nail polish change, up charge for gel and French, and the cost of the file bag. It is a bit pricey, mainly because of the location, but the lady who did my nails was very kind and did a beautiful job.

I would love to have rated this place better. The massage chair didn’t work. The wheels only massaged in one area and it was very weak. They didn’t do anything about it when I told them. The lady who gave me my pedicure was very rude to me once she realized that I did not want to add a bunch of stuff and they also were not honest about costs of things until halfway through my pedicure… Even though I kept asking several times how much things were. She did not give me my massage, nor did she finish my cuticles once I told her that I did not want to add the $20 paraffin wax…

I had great time at Hale Aloha Nani Nails & Salon. I decided to stop by here after a day of shopping in Waikiki. I was staying at the Marriott so it was very close and convenient. The salon was very clean and sanitary. Julie did my nails. She was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted. I did a regular pedicure and gel manicure and it was a really great experience, not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend the deluxe pedicure if you want to do the works. It was a sugar scrub and paraffin wax treatment which I needed. I wish this salon was closer to me so I could come back!!

Would not recommend this place. Besides the fact that they don’t mention the cost of additional services or if it is included in the package, the service is just bad. I got a classic pedicure, but my heels are not scrubed at all, I did not get a massage, nail polish is chunky, messy and did not dry enough, as you can see on the picture. You can probably do it better yourself.

I went with my daughter for a pedicure as a treat on her last day in Waikiki and while the job they did was nice aside from the massage that was more like rubbing in moisturiser, we were not at all advised about the exorbitant additional charges until it came time to pay.
