I’ve tried to book an appt with them over the phone, literally told them I was for sure going in there and going to spend money on a service, first Heather who did my over the phone consultation failed to finish my appt she said she would text or call me back by the end of the day, failed to do so so I texted her the next day no response, the following day I called the office -no response, next called again and explained to the front desk girl and explained what happened (at this point i’m almost sounding desperate to go in and book an appt) – she said everyone is busy and she would hopefully get back to me by the end of the day, Either the workers there are very rude or don’t want business but either way I wouldn’t give them any of my money at this point nor trust any of the nurses to touch my face .
