I scheduled a Balayage and haircut. I questioned the stylist as she was doing the Balayage as she was using foil and bleaching all the way to my roots. Trusting her after she told me that Hairzoo had trained her and that “we do it different here” when I said the last time I received a Balayage it was done completely different, I allowed her to continue as she is the experienced stylist that Hairzoo trusts to do hair. After 3.5 hours of more color, washing, scrubbing and brushing and with a sore head I looked like a skunk. The top of my head was bleached white and I didn’t have a Balayage or a haircut. The stylist said I could come back in two days for her manager to “fix it”. I left and contacted the manager on Monday sending her photos. She promptly gave me my money back. My concerns are that the stylist was NOT properly trained to color OR cut hair. I watched her cut client’s hair while I was in the shop for 3.5 hours and (although I’m not a trained stylist-my sister has been one for over 30 years AND I’ve taken some course on cutting hair) she completely ruined the cut. She didn’t section the hair, didn’t even take into consideration the wave, curl or texture as she cut. It was not good business practice. I would recommend that Hairzoo properly train their staff if they are going to offer services to the public. Not only did I waste 3.5 hours of my life, but my hair was damaged with so much coloring and bleaching of my roots , I have to pay someone else to get it fixed and the stress. I sincerely hope Hairzoo takes this opportunity to reevaluate their staff and training program.

Andrea is absolutely amazing! I’m definitely going to be going back to her! She was highly recommended by my best friend/sister Dani and I’m so happy I decided to go to her!
