I walked in to Hairzoo with my 6 year old for a quick wash and a trim with no appointment for either of us and they were able to get us right in. Tara was absolutely wonderful!!! She treated my daughter like the client when it was her turn and really went out of her way to make her feel special when she was in the chair. She also had some great recommendations for keeping my daughter’s hair tangle-free (which is what we have been struggling with). Tara was able to squeeze me in, too, and did a great job with my fine hair. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

I asked for less than a quarter inch cut off my ends and was really clear on what I wanted because I’m growing my hair out. Well…post haircut I had over an inch cut off. Not to mention she asked me if I color my own hair to which I replied no. She asked where I get my hair done and I said W salon but can’t get in for 2 weeks. She also asked if I use moisturizing conditioner…really yes but I have not had it cut because I’m growing it out!!! Don’t try to up sell your products. She then tried to tell me to go to hair zoo. No thank you after you did not listen to what I am really upset!!! Go back to cosmetology school! Just listen to what the customer wants not what you think should be cut…Hair zoo is always horrible I don’t know why I though it would be a good idea. Now I will never go to a walk in salon like hairzoo. Should get my money back and an apology.
