Eliza is very talented. I usually hate getting my hair cut because it is hard to schedule, takes too long and the result is…okay. I had the opposite experience today at the HairZoo in East Rochester with Eliza! The online appointment was super easy. Eliza was done with the haircut in 20 minutes and spent the rest of the appointment curling my hair. When I looked in the mirror at the back of my hair, I could not believe the result! I said it didn’t look like my hair. My hair is thin and frizzy. It does NOT usually look like this!

My experience with Hair Zoo in East Rochester was exceptional. I’ve had the same stylist for 22 years but she passed away from cancer a few years back. I have been very displeased with my search for someone new, until now. Nicole is a very talented hairdresser. I am just thrilled with my new cut. She listens to what you want and has a great deal of talent behind those scissors. I highly recommend her.

Just a simple wash! Please can you guys train better this young hairdresser with straight red hair, forgot her name sorry, well I think she never mentioned her name! She did a horrible wash. Just a simple wash! Does not know how to wash hair AT ALL! Not sure if she is new, but her wash was not good, trust me. The Hairdressers around need to teach her how to do it better! Also for just a simple wash NO stylish!! nothing! Wash, dry w/ a wet towel& she used an almost empty can of mouse that I mentioned to her I did not want mouse because make my hair too frizzy& too much volume BUT she use it anyway! She just put a little bit of mouse on my wet hair! Done! & U guys charge $25 for that simple wash?? If you will use a dryer& blow-dry stylish I will say OK or at least dry my hair I will say Ok but just a simple wash & she place a little bit of mouse & done! $25 come on! . Will never go back & by the way YOUR competition just charge me $11 for same wash & much much better! ( before Xmas they use it to charged $9) I could not set up an appointment with them, it is why ended in your salon! I’m very disappointed not only in the price $25 but also in the bad bad wash she did Just tell the manager of the salon to teach her how to wash hair please!
