Critical: Professionalism, ValuePLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING TO BE SERVICED HERE!!..I originally had booked an appointment for a Tuesday, online, two weeks prior to my appointment date. I then received an email stating that the appointment had to be “accepted” by the stylist. So about a week later it said the appointment was “accepted” and for me to confirm. So here I am excited and in anticipation to get my hair done! So fast forward to my appointment date which was for 9am, I arrive at the salon @8:50am. At exactly 9am I get out of my car and walk up to the door and pull on the handle and to my surprise the door is locked. I then get back in my car and wait around till 10:40. At that time still no one has arrived and opened up shop and mind you, they open up @9am. With all that time I had been waiting I consistently kept calling the number posted on the business’s window but no one was answering. Finally I was able to get someone on the phone and found out it was Aaron, the owner. I let him know I had been waiting since before 9am and he then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t see I had an appointment till at that moment because they have a new online appointment setter system that they’re trying to get used to. I thought that was a little sketchy because my appointment was “accepted” prior to the appointment. He then apologized and told me he would take 25% off of the services. I told him I wouldn’t be able to get my hair done that day because it would be close to the time I would have to go and get my daughter from school. He asked if I could come back that next day, Wednesday and I told him that, that day wouldn’t work for me. I then set up an appointment with him for today and even talked with him the previous day to confirm and he said he would be able to take me. Come today, Saturday, close to the time of my appointment he then proceeds to tell me, we would have to reschedule AGAIN!! So disappointed I have been inconvenienced for the second time by this business. So very unorganized. So very unprofessional. Does not value customers time and nothing is set in stone despite appointment times.
