Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueColor I asked for vs color I got:I had a terrible experience at Hairways. I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case, I felt obligated. I would definitely NOT recommend this place; I have never felt so strongly about my opinion. I was refused a refund. My hairdresser stated that she “went to college” and is “a professional” in an attempt to make me believe that she did a good job. Based on the disrespectful, in-compassionate, and unfriendly way I was treated (and the way my hair turned out), that was hard to believe. I would have appreciated it if my hairdresser would have just told me this is something she couldn’t do instead of deceitfully leaving me with dark red/orange hair that is extremely hard to get out. I am only giving Hairways one star out of five because Google will not allow me to post this review with zero.On a side note, while I was there, I overheard the hairdressers laughing at negative reviews, so I hope they find humor in this one too.Color I asked for vs color I got:I had a terrible experience at Hairways.
