My experience was wonderful. My hair lightened the way I wanted it to and I was in and out. My stylist was attentive and easy to talk to. I even went back to get my hair styled the next morning for an event. Only reason I am giving this four stars is because I was told over the phone it be $117 dollars it ended up being $210. Then to curl my hair the next day it was $25 if you don’t curl my hair tight it falls out so my hair didn’t stay curled for long. I was happy with my results but felt mislead with pricing and not impressed with hair coming undone after spending so much and this was the price before I tipped. I would go back because the Dye and Hair Cut were wonderful and the staff was nice to talk to.

I’ve only trusted one person with my hair since I was 12, ten years later that person moved away. I started cutting my own hair because any stylist I went to always ended up giving me a very Fantastic Sam’s-esque lackluster haircut. I didn’t like how my hair turned out when I cut it myself, so I took a chance with Natalie and she did just as good, if not better, than the person I went to before. Not only that, but we had great conversation the whole way through which I normally dread at service places.
