Autumn was SO incredible! I haven’t received a haircut in over 2 years due to a bad experience at a different salon on the east coast. I decided to trust again and reached out to Hairvana. Autumn was cool, calm, collected and really took the time to ask me what I wanted with my hair EVERY STEP of the process. I left feeling confident and ready to take on the day. Thank you Autumn!!!

While my haircut was fine (its all one length so super simple) but I’ve never been up charged for “long /thick hair” for a hair cut before coming here. My hair is thin, and yes long, but nothing crazy, mid back, I don’t even get charged more for color at other salons since it doesn’t need more product. Whole appointment took 45 minutes and I don’t use heat or product so I asked her not to also. Blew dry my hair for maybe 5 minutes on cold and then when I went to pay it was $65 which online said $45. She didn’t acknowledge the up charge either, just put the phone in front of me on the tip screen. I will not be back.

Well first time great haircut and color by Sunny the first time. Great cut second time color seemed to. React badly 2nd time. Ii had a free recorrect as it seem to react with my home coloring. Had to pay 2 1/2 times price for foils to correct. But not for original color was not charged Looks better but much darker than wanted and very red at top compared to golden auburn more natural that I wanted. I guess I will wait 6 weeks and see it can be lightened as I dont think i can ask for it to be lightened up if they cant might have to try another. A real shame as I think she is very talented but I dont think she got what I wanted or my hair just didnt cooperate Friendly staff and clean.

Haircut was great. The color was not great. I wanted all around color and didn’t realize she was putting highlights in until it was too late. I ended up spending way more than I thought just to have to box dye it because it was patchy and yellow.

Great hair dresser. But I feel like I was over charged for my haircut. I was told 45 when making an appointment then charged 55. When I looked online I believe they were charging 40.

I haven’t been at my best lately so I decided to make an appointment to have my hair cut and styled. Made the appointment basically last minute. Autumn was my stylist. I showed her a picture of what I was going for and I think she nailed it! She was great conversation. Clearly communicated what she was doing and asked my opinion. I am a larger gal and I felt no judgment. I will definitely be going back and recommending to whoever will listen.
