So glad that I didn’t make it to my appointment. Some of the reviews confirmed what I was already feeling when I scheduled my appointment. And its obvious that all the 5 star reviews are fake, you can tell by how they are worded and generally the true reviews are 4 stars and under not always 5 stars. Anyway, when I went in to schedule the appointment both stylist were rude and stand offish. The italian stylist looked like he was on something buzzing around and cheeks sunkin in really bad. The one scheduling my appointment was acting apprehensive about me even getting my hair done, i just had a bad feeling from the get go, then I forgot about the appointment thank god. They called me very upset thet I forgot about the appointment and would not allow me to reschedule or come back in because I forgot, I was always polite and nice to them as well. He went on to say how he schelduled an 1hr and a half for me etc etc… But as I recall going it, his schedule was completely open and blank. Im not sure how they have survived 19 years. Maybe they lost their passion. This is the very first review I am making about any place because its important for people to be warned when it comes to service that has to do with appearances.

Incredibly rude stylest! After waiting over 30 minuets after my appointment time. I had to walk out. He asked what I had planned that was so important. He was rushing through the woman’s cut in front of me. I felt awful for her. Getting your hair done is supposed to be relaxing and fun and make you feel good. I felt belittle and degraded. I would never want some one to dismiss me and rush through my highlights and cut. As I was walking out he was yelling at me that I had waisted his time as if my time that he already wasted was meaningless.
