I have been going to Hair Tech ever since I moved from California to Idaho in 1998. I know Linda and almost all the stylists, nail techs, etc. I have followed them around where ever they have moved to. They are a very very clean and good place to go to to get your hair or nails done. And you can also get a very nice pedicure. Plus every single lady in their are so absolutely friendly. They will make you feel right at home. Good luck!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI called hair tech to make an appointment on the same day and they said they have the next day available. I told them I will call them back after I make a decision. I called them back an hour later and we scheduled an appointment at 2 the next day w/ Sandra. On the day of the appointment I walk in about 10 minutes early and they said Sandra was not there. I knew I was early so I waited for my the clock strike 2. Still no show. I find out then that my appointment was not confirmed because I did not call them back after the first call. And to top it off they tell me Sandra is at the an appointment. However, clearly on my phone it says I called an hour later after my first call to book my appointment. This whole thing was ridiculous. First time at this salon- I took my 6 year old to get her hair cut- which was fine- but the stylist Tonya was very rude to my young daughter. She constantly barked at her to stop fidgeting, don’t move, etc. My daughter usually loves getting her hair done but had a scowl the whole time. Tonya did not make small talk to put my child at ease or even introduce herself at the beginning. She kept calling my daughter “bud” and “kid.” I will go elsewhere for better service next time.
