Critical: QualityI usually don’t put a review for a haircut but she demolished my daughter’s hair. I have texted her the picture of the hairstyle that my daughter wanna get and asked her if she can do those before going to the appt., when we get to her suite I double check about the style in the picture and she said she got it. My daughter told her to cut in the Back part to make it look like against the neck-Katy responded “I got it “, but Katy cut all the way to the ear length .It’s way to short than what we wanted (I hope I can put a picture of the style that what we want VS the result we got ). After 45mins of chopping my daughter’s hair the result is nothing like the picture we shown her. Instead she gave my daughter a mans haircut and the bangs is not even. I told Katy the issue and she offered to fix it but my daughter is very disappointed and doesn’t want to come back and said “ she cannot fix this, it’s way to short to fix it! I usually don’t put a review for a haircut but she demolished my daughter’s hair. I have texted her the picture of the hairstyle that my daughter wanna get and asked her if she can do those before going to the appt., when we get to her suite I double check about the style in the picture and she said she got it.
