I took my son there, asked the lady to do a long fade on my son, and leave the top longer. She scalped him, almost all his hair was gone. I went up to her because I did not like how short it was, I asked her to stop cutting because it was too short now, she looked at me and continued to cut his hair. So I unplugged her clippers, the rest of you told me to let her finish cutting his hair. What hair?!? She already shaved it off. On top of that, my son is 3, if you ask him to sit up better he will. No place of business should ever pick up a child and slam them back in the chair to straighten up. Or grab his head the way she was. We got home, noticed my sons head had been cut due to the clippers. I called and told another person what had happened today, and they tell me that they’ve had problems with her before. Okay, so why in the h*ll is she working there still.My sister went today, she has amazing curly hair, she had products in it, one of your workers were so disrespectful, talking about I’d be embarrassed if I didn’t brush my hair before hand, it just adds more work for us.
