I went here as a walk in for a perm. i felt like it was underprocessed bc “I had bleached ends” . I messaged them, they offered to give a “haircut bc layers would help” after they ignored my messages about me not being happy with it. Also, they didn’t ask to see what the perm looks like. I paid $140 and im left with curly roots and straight ends. I will not come back here again, I would of been a consistent client if they had better customer service.
