Grateful that I found Hairspray through a Google search!! I’m new to the area and needed to find a new stylist. Nancy was my hero today and was absolutely lovely. She really knows what she’s doing, and takes extra time to make your hair just perfect. I never felt rushed, and appreciated that she cared just as much about my hair as I do. I’m so in love with the color and cut, and will absolutely be one of Nancy’s regulars. Thanks for such a great experience today!

Nancy is the best and she has a true passion for what she does! I went to three different salons before I found this place and since then I refuse to let another salon touch my hair. I have never left an appointment unhappy with any haircut/style that has been worked on by her or her staff.

Nancy is awesome! She corrected a bad haircut I had gotten somewhere else and it ended up looking perfect. She listened to what my concerns were and did exactly what I requested. The other staff is very nice also, I will definately be returning!

This place was great for my son’s haircut. Jessica was great, she knew what she was doing and my son’s cut turned out exactly how I wanted. The ladies here were super nice to my son. Our usual barber was booked up and this place was just to get him through til our barber had an opening and it turned out much better than I expected. I would bring him back again!

Denise took care of me as a walk in. She did phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. I got a simple cut and it was exactly what I wanted. I have very thick hair too and she took her time. She walked me through everything she did and was so nice. Just what I needed.

My last experience I went to someone else being new to salons I was only use to my Jessica and she knew my fears and reservations..she even knew if my hair was too brassy to consult with Nancy and by golly, tone it down!!! She really would do a deep condition and I regret NOT postponing my appt. But, I went knowing good an well I dont know this new person …the young lady was pleasant, but my highlights didnt turn out like they did before. I had white streaks, my hair was brittle..wet… and despite, home conditioning my once soft curl hair became a head a straw…I was embarassed…I called..three weeks later ashamed, they even offered to fix it, but now I am afraid and slowing chopping my fried hair off. I look a mess, my parents are elderly and everytime they see my ruined hair they scold me …i don’t know what to do…give me a bag, please!!! I was growing my hair for my dad..it was very long

I do not recommend this salon to anyone in jacksonville. First when I asked two different stylists about a cut and color I was quoted two different prices which were completely outrageous. Second I went in to the salon and felt very discriminated against as I am Hispanic and was told they could not perform a service because they are closing which it was two hours prior to close. I noticed a Caucasian lady in a chair getting the same service as I was and they were just getting stared. Then I overhead a gentleman that works there make a racial comment to the client in the chair. As a fellow hairdresser I am appalled at this kind of behavior. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen and I will not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Very unhappy about a simply men comb over. When I ask politely for her to blend his hair better I felt she had an attitude with me. I was just unhappy how she never line his egdes. She just shave and did no type of blending. She tries to fix it by wetting his hair and putting a lot of gel on it.

Extremely disappointed in my son’s haircut. I asked for her to just barely trim it, that we wanted it kind of long, and she just completely cut it however she wanted. It is very very short now. She was not very nice and barely smiled. Didn’t know how to interact with a two year old at all. Won’t be coming back.
