Went in for a full hair color. Told the lady I wanted to go a bit lighter not too light like an Ash Brown. What I got was a yellow/orange color with reddish undertones. Horrible and not even close to what I wanted. I went back the next day and again specified Ash brown. She even had me pick from the “ash browns” they carry. But AGAIN turned out nothing like the color swatches or the color I wanted. They didn’t even apply a toner. It’s a botched job for sure. Went twice and my hair is a very golden still orangey brown. Can’t get it right the second time so don’t waste your time or money (pretty expensive for what I got) and go somewhere else.

Clean salon, reasonable prices, customer service and everything was great UNTIL one of the workers Novella turned off another workers music and said “this ain’t Mexico you listen to that stuff over there not here” which as a Mexican I found very offensive, disrespectful, racist and extremely unprofessional. Definitely won’t be going back unless she’s not there!
