Critical: ProfessionalismFirst I walk in and there was no greeting. It was just sit here. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Everything I told him that I wanted to do to my hair he did the exact opposite. Like put a hard line… no he blended one side completely and left the other side completely uneven. I told him I wanted to just trim a half inch off the top and back. I WANT TO KEEP IT LONG! I made it very explicit. During the haircut I couldn’t see what he was doing because I set my glasses down. I went to feel my hair and most of it was gone. I spent 8 months growing that. Completely butchered the length on all sides of my head. The top is way shorter then the back. The sides are different lengths. I can’t even wear a hat without it looking uneven in the back. The haircut took no time at all which means he just rushed right through it. Was my first time in. Will never be going back. Worst haircut i have ever gotten. Please listen to what the customer says and ask questions before you butcher.First I walk in and there was no greeting. Critical: QualityFirst time and last time, haircut was uneven with several missed spots. Staff was not friendly and didn’t listen to simple requests. Whole haircut lasted 3 minutes, which would explain the poor quality cut. Would not recommend.
