Always a pleasant experience at Hairsay. Everyone is social and engaging as a customer (new/returning). The salon is clean, warm in a waiting capacity as well as inside air being very comforting. My hairstylist has been a person I use and when they were hired at Hairsay, it has been the best location to visit. Well educated and up to date in practices. Engaging with clients as if old friends and happy to suggest approach to hair in their consultation. The team working alongside stylists are learning professionalism at its best from this team. The location is great & inside it is warm friendly as well as clean and cool in summer, warm in winter but the vibe is always bright.

I came in to see Katherine for a consultation because I got color done at a different salon that I didn’t like how it turned out. She explained that she could shadow root and fix what I didn’t like about it. After the first time adding darker color, I asked her to actually add more of the darker color and she did and was very patient and insistent that I be happy with the final look. I appreciate her good attitude and service! Her assistant Jess was also very good and friendly! I am very happy with the end result!

Phenomenal staff that listened to me and did what I wanted but also were extremely welcoming and gentle with my hair! Had horrible experiences at so many different salons but this is one I will definitely be visiting again I think I’ve found my perfect fit. My stylist was Isabella and she did such an incredible job especially after years of damage from cutting and dyeing my own hair. 10/10 and loved the advice she literally answered every question I had!

I’ve been going to Nicole for a few months now for my high fashion red. She has hands down given my the red of my dreams! The red I’ve been salon hopping for years to find! She is so beyond talented, patient, kind and a real artist! People (even other hairstylists) literally stop me on the street asking me who does my color and I shout from the rooftops “NICOLE FROM HAIRSAY!” She is an absolute professional that has exceptional skill and a way of making your vision come to life! If you’re looking for anything from high fashion bold color to natural highlights, she does some of the best work I’ve ever seen. Run, don’t walk to Nicole! only giving it a 4 because it took two tries to fix what happened the first time. Went in for coloring and the assistant did way too much of the job and main stylist had to try and reverse the problem, didn’t do a great job and I had to come back to have it fixed.

I had my first haircut at Hairsay with Isabella. I had been going to the same girl previously for 10 years and was nervous for someone new. I showed Isabella pictures of haircuts I liked and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I liked that she focused on her job rather than talked the whole time. She was efficient and did a great job. I will be back to see her!
