I had went here super excited to get a full set of gel nails. They came out great then 4 days later they all popped right off. I reached out to the tech to let her know that I would need to cancel my fill considering what had happened. My message was ignored and the day before my appt which I cancelled I received a message asking if I could switch h my day. I reiterated that I wouldn’t need the appt and had cancelled it brocade of what had happened. Her only response back was Ok. Which completely threw me off as I messaged her the day they all popped off. There was no unitive taken on her part to make things right. So I paid $50 to have nails ok for 4 days. I was very disappointed by everything.
