I have been coming to Hairsay since it opened in 1997, and before. (Long story.) It is a wonderful salon, with staff who are not just well-trained and professional, but also truly caring about the clients’ needs and well-being. They also care about one another, and have weathered a number of storms through the years, standing stronger together. I have felt lucky to be a part of their clientele for all these years, and hope to be able to continue for years to.come. Thank you for the chance to send a little love letter disguised as a review.

I’d only been to one woman in Los Angeles for years so I was a bit apprehensive.Let me just say, Pam is the best tweezer and shaper ever. I use to wax, but NEVER again. She has miraculously brought my brows back to life with the perfect arch and shape. I’m almost thinking I should spend more time here because she is a goddess!!! I have been going to hairsay for the last 18 years or so and I have always been thrilled with the results. I usually see Carolyn, but others have stepped in when she was unavailable and I needed a last minute appointment. Carolyn is an unbelievable stylist, as all all the wonderful stylists at hairsay. Carolyn has taken me from a deep, rich, almost black it was so dark chestnut to blond without any hiccups. It did take two days, and about 8 hours, but the end results were absolutely amazing. And then 4 months later she took me back to brunette. She is exceptionally talented, and I trust her completely with my hair. I never really tell her what to do, I just let her cut it how she sees fit and I have yet to be disappointed with the results in all the years I have been using her!
