Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was so happy to be back to this salon, however it is not the case anymore. First time I have been here Karen took care of me and she made me to feel so special. It was the small little mirror that she put in my back to show me how it looks the haircut, she was so sweet and she gave me her opinion about how much to cut , she even style it a little bit without even asking short story I went outside feeling princess. I wanted to come back and Karen schedule wasn’t matching with mine and I trust the reviews and let the salon chose someone else. She was nice, but she rushed so much. She pulled my hair so many times , she blow dried it so bad( me without experience I am blow drying it home with more volume and shape ) she didn’t even bother to show me how it looks at the end from the back(it was the story that if I want to change something after she blow dry it we will decide but I guess she didn’t care to ask me what I feel after). I know it was a simple hair cut but little details matter. I was so happy to be back to this salon, however it is not the case anymore. First time I have been here Karen took care of me and she made me to feel so special. It was the small little mirror that she put in my back to show me how it looks the haircut, she was so sweet and she gave me her opinion about how much to cut , she even style it a little bit without even asking short story I went outside feeling princess. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityJessica did a FANTASTIC job cutting and blow drying my hair. ( I went in with chopped hair due to a friend cutting it , lol ) and she fixed it! It was extremely well done and so fast my partner said “that’s it?” when I called him to come grab me. Nicole was absolutely phenomenal and looked at the photo of what I wanted done and did it perfectly. I normally don’t do a middle part except for when my hair is very short, but she did it so well that I’m leaving it. Went above and beyond. Absolutely will be going back as soon as I need a trim! This was my first haircut since moving to MA and I was really, really nervous as I haven’t had someone outside of my previous hair dresser touch it since high school. It was extremely well done and so fast my partner said “that’s it?” when I called him to come grab me. Nicole was absolutely phenomenal and looked at the photo of what I wanted done and did it perfectly.
