Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI was shopping in Foley and decided to have my eyebrows threaded at the spur of the moment and googled eyebrow threading and was pleasantly surprised to see the service was offered in Foley. The salon was conveniently located and Nia is very professional and great at threading eyebrows she did exactly what I wanted and I love my eyebrows after not having them done in over a year! No more going to Mobile for me Nia has a new customer! I was shopping in Foley and decided to have my eyebrows threaded at the spur of the moment and googled eyebrow threading and was pleasantly surprised to see the service was offered in Foley. The salon was conveniently located and Nia is very professional and great at threading eyebrows she did exactly what I wanted and I love my eyebrows after not having them done in over a year! No more going to Mobile for me Nia has a new customer! Also everyone in the Salon was very friendly!

Critical: ProfessionalismSuper rude, won’t even speak to you when you go in. The woman cutting hair on the one client in there saw me but didn’t acknowledge me at all. A woman who doesn’t do hair came and asked me what I needed when I told her a cut she went to the woman cutting hair and asked her (two feet away from the stylist who couldn’t speak) to come back and tell me they had nothing. No one in there, no reason to be that rude to someone wanting to pay her for services, especially when it’s her job?Super rude, won’t even speak to you when you go in. Super rude, won’t even speak to you when you go in. The woman cutting hair on the one client in there saw me but didn’t acknowledge me at all. A woman who doesn’t do hair came and asked me what I needed when I told her a cut she went to the woman cutting hair and asked her (two feet away from the stylist who couldn’t speak) to come back and tell me they had nothing. Critical: Professionalism, ValueFalse Advertising! They advertise ” Walkins Welcome” yet when me and my daughter “walk in” we were told we needed an appointment ! Then I look around and each only have 1 client in a chair while the other employee sitting in a chair playing on her phone and noone else were in there at all. Having owned my own shop and doing “walkins” myself this was poor service, poor value and poorly professional! If this is how they treat outside clients then I wonder how truly of a job they do on someones hair quality. Truly dissatisfied and truly disappointed. False Advertising! They advertise ” Walkins Welcome” yet when me and my daughter “walk in” we were told we needed an appointment ! Then I look around and each only have 1 client in a chair while the other employee sitting in a chair playing on her phone and noone else were in there at all. Having owned my own shop and doing “walkins” myself this was poor service, poor value and poorly professional!
