She fun to talk to and she did a great job on my hair. Her salon services are very affordable and you can schedule appointments very easily on her website. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFantastic Sam’s is gone, but we no longer have to be sad about that because now something better has taken its place!I stopped in Hairport by Mary earlier this evening and was so happy to see the new and improved space offering the same convenient walk-in services (I want to say a couple days are by appointment and the other 5 days are walk-in?) I was seated within two minutes of walking in and Amy got to work doing my color. It turned out beautifully. She also gave me a much needed cut- and luckily, I had stopped in on “$12 women’s cut Wednesday” – I’m very happy with the cut as well and can’t get over the value, especially with their use of high-end Paul Mitchell products.Also, the time spent sitting there waiting for the color to set was enjoyable, there was a fun banter going around, they offered coffee and water, and the facilities were spotless. I’m SO relieved to have “rediscovered” Mary (the owner) here. I knew her from when she was a stylist at the previous Fantastic Sams, so I can speak to Mary’s talent as well; Mary has done my color and cuts many times over the years and she is always amazing! Mary took great care of me got me in no problem and cut my hair. I came back a few weeks later for her to see if she could fix my mistake of a home hair dye. I used Splat hair dye and it was such a pain to get out. She stayed till around 7:30 and did her best to lighten my red hair dye. It was bubble gum pink by the end. Not the color i was going for but it was the best she could do without my hair falling off. And I did rock it for a while. I went back in today and she finished our project of fixing my hair as well as getting my brows done, and they look great. Today I am not only blond but the color blond I wanted. She saved my hair from me having to get a pixie cut because I didn’t go to a pro to get my hair colored. I can’t thank her enough for not only fixing my hair but staying 2 hours after closing to help me. She does amazing work and is always willing to try and and fix or make anything better. She is personal friendly and honestly cares. My first time at hairport I went in looking for a haircut, not only was I a walk in but it was Christmas Eve. Mary took great care of me got me in no problem and cut my hair. I came back a few weeks later for her to see if she could fix my mistake of a home hair dye. I used Splat hair dye and it was such a pain to get out.
