The past three times I have came in here the lady who cuts my hair is late. It isn’t the same lady everytime either. Multiple people are always late to their job from what I am assuming is lunch. I am a boy with long hair and when I go anywhere else they always spend like 20 minutes minimum cutting my hair. When I go here they spend 7 minutes tops on my hair. The first time they messed it up it was 2 inches shorer than what I told them. The second time the lady wasn’t even looking at me the entire time. Her father came in and she seemed ot pay more attention to her father than my ahir. My hair was a lot shorter on the left side than the right after my trim. The time I went in today they did not layer it or anything. The lady came in late to cut my hair then spent 5 minutes on cutting my hair. I got out and I lost a big chunk of volume in my hair. I did not like the fact that she did not do any layers at all. Then as i talked bad about my haircut to my family before I they overherard me. A lady who did not cut my hair told me to come back inside as I opened the door to leave . I told them my hair was fine even though I was upset with it just so I could leave.

Fade wasn’t fully done. Top was cut to short when asked not too. No effort was put in as should been. And when I scheduled for Trina I didn’t get her like asked, paid for, and expected.
