I am a brunette who loves blonde highlights. When I went into this salon for my first appointment my hair was damaged, uneven, and more brown/orange rather than blonde. After 3 visits with John, my hair has never looked better. I have the prettiest bright blonde highlights, no split ends, and just overall healthier looking hair. I am always receiving compliments. He is very patient, instructional, and professional. I have had my hair done by many stylist, and I would drive hours to get my hair done by him before I go to anyone else. If you want to transform your hair, have healthier hair, or add dimension to your hair, I would not hesitate in recommending him as your stylist.

I went in to have my hair colored, this is the second time I had been there so I just needed to get my roots touched up and wanted to be more vibrant. I am a natural dark blonde and would get blonde highlights but I have been wanting a fun color. I don’t know how this was miscommunicated but my appointment was not scheduled correctly so it was rushed. I was told I would have to be worked in between other clients. The amount of bleach and who knows what developer was put on my head absolutely destroyed my hair, it is so dry and frail and brakes whenever I touch it. I sat for about 30 minutes with color on my roots while she highlighted a different client. And the color was not evenly applied to the rest of my hair so I left with spotty, patchy color. She offered to fix the spots “if they really bothered me” at a separate appointment or I could take the color home and fix it myself. After speaking with a coworker this same situation happened to her friend but to the point where her hair was falling out. It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly, but they apparently don’t know how to use bleach without destroying a persons hair.

I walked in their without an appointment after another salon had messed my hair up (I literally had florescent orange hair) they all teamed up to fix my hair before I left to go out of town that afternoon. They were so nice and my hair looked amazing when they were done! I highly recommend this company not only because they do amazing work but because they truly care about their customers!
