She took her time with the consult to make sure we were on the same page and was very honest which I completely respect and appreciate. Critical: ValueI called asked for my hair to be lightened a week before, so that I could color my own hair. I came in for an appointment and stated the same thing. I have only had my hair professional bleached once. I didn’t know she was doing highlights until the end when I asked and it was apparently too late to go back and lighten my whole head. I was so upset and anxious I almost started to cry in the salon the way my hair turned out. Was charged $200 and that was with a “discount”. I only asked for a lighten and cut. The website states that a cut is 25$ and highlights are 135$ so how was it 200 with a discount??? Also was asked to pay through Venmo without and itemized receipt. Businesses are not supposed to accept payment via Venmo nor cash app. I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed and now I have to fix my own hair and feel as if I can’t trust hairdressers again. I called asked for my hair to be lightened a week before, so that I could color my own hair. I came in for an appointment and stated the same thing. I have only had my hair professional bleached once. I didn’t know she was doing highlights until the end when I asked and it was apparently too late to go back and lighten my whole head. I had never had my hair lightened before coloring but it was all a new and great experience. She took her time, made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be and explained everything that way I understood what was happening being I had never had the lightning done before. Visited this place for the first time and it was very nice! Miranda did an awesome job with my hair! I had never had my hair lightened before coloring but it was all a new and great experience. She took her time, made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be and explained everything that way I understood what was happening being I had never had the lightning done before.
