I went in this week with the intention of just getting a haircut. The stylists and owner were nice my first visit, and convinced me to let them do other stuff to my hair that I didn’t come in for originally. My stylist said she would “even out” the lighter pieces of my hair and that it would be “like money pieces.” I came in with brown hair that had just a a few lighter brown pieces in it, BUT NO BLONDE. I left the salon with two chunks of blonde in my hair. I couldn’t see what they were doing because I was not in front of the mirror most of the time. My hair wasn’t fully dried when I left and I was in a rush to get to work, so I just said I liked it, paid, and left. Once my hair was dried and I showed other people my hair everyone was in disbelief that she had done that to me. Not a single person thought it looked good or professionally done. I showed two other stylists my hair, and they said that it looked like she had no idea what she was doing and that they don’t know why she would have done that to my hair. I’m sure it was to have me spend more money at their salon. My mother called and complained to the owner about what they did and asked if they could fix it for free. They said they would, so I scheduled an appointment. My two friends and I came today and we were immediately greeted with aggression and hostility from the staff. The owner and the stylists tried to gaslight me, told me that I asked for my hair to be like this, told me that my hair was blonde when I came in, and that they weren’t going to fix it for free. The owner also tried to get me to sign a legal document before doing my hair, which is incredibly inappropriate and out of line for a 60+ year old woman to try to force a college student to sign. They were all incredibly inappropriate, unprofessional, and hostile. They did not care that other customers were there and caused a scene out of spite. Would give no stars if I could.

Do not go here. There are so many more respectful places in auburn that actually are qualified to work on your hair. Not only did the hair stylists BUTCHER my brunette hair with awful thick blonde streak but they pressured me into buying more. Afterwards, I called and asked for them to fix my hair and they agreed. When I walked in, they were hostile and AGGRESSIVE. Plz do not support them. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and they had no excuses to handle my situation how they did

Love love love the haircut Nicola gave me and bailey did such an awesome job for my mom’s haircut, it was such an amazing experience there, felt so welcomed by Fatima and her lovely staff, it was our first time there since we are new to auburn, but definitely our go to place for hairs now on !! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone !!
