Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely adored working with Emily! I just loved her personality and the experience she was able to deliver through a haircut. I told her I wanted to take off length and add layers framing my face- to which she did an incredible job of executing along with adding more volume than I knew my curls were capable of. As soon as Emily sat me down, she was super sweet- getting to know me along with my hair. Relating to curly girl techniques and sharing websites- there is a lot of knowledge to be had with someone who has obviously worked diligently with curly hair. We all know how easy it is to mismanage our curls or get a terribly botched cut, so just skip all the bs and go straight to Emily if you’re thinking about getting your first Diva Cut. I absolutely adored working with Emily! I just loved her personality and the experience she was able to deliver through a haircut. Emily at Hairology is the absolute BEST and the ultimate curl doctor!! My daughter had some tired curls with an outgrown cut and highlights. She patiently worked through the frizzy-fro and skillfully brought them back to life with an incredible bounce and gorgeous colored highlights. It‘s the best I have ever seen my daughter’s hair. The initial consultation was amazing and she asked for information prior to the appointment. She cares about her clients and wants them to have healthy hair and educate them about how they can improve the health of their hair and feel great about their hair (especially curls!). I have never been to a salon feeling as good as I did leaving from my first appointment. I have recommended her to all of my friends in the area. Emily is incredibly knowledgeable about curls, kind, and professional. I have never been to a salon where the stylist has spent as much time evaluating and learning about my hair and explaining things to me as Emily did. The initial consultation was amazing and she asked for information prior to the appointment. She cares about her clients and wants them to have healthy hair and educate them about how they can improve the health of their hair and feel great about their hair (especially curls!). I had previously gone to the same hair stylist for 16 years before deciding, with much hesitation, to find someone new. I am so glad I did and wish I had done so sooner!To start with, Emily impressed me with how promptly and thoroughly she replied to my messages. Emily was extremely welcoming and friendly throughout the entire appointment. She took her time to ask questions and explain what she was doing and why she was doing it.
