I have been going to hairnovation since they opened! My daughter, husband, and myself are customers here! I never leave unhappy! I love the manager she’s such a people person! I feel like I’m sitting in the chair chatting with my sister. The environment is always comfortable. When I have to bring my toddler it is never a problem. The prices are understandable and not any higher than other places for what you want and the quality of it. I have been elsewhere to save money and I never left those other salons happy with what I got. Unlike here I always leave satisfied and what I ask for

I hired Abigail to do hairstyling for my wedding. She was supposed to do it for the bridal pay only four people in total. Not only was she rude and left without saying anything. She didnt do a single hairstyle the way we asked and charged extremely high. Hairnovation is the one who recommended her and she charged crazy and asked if we would curl our own hair because she was on a tight schedule but said she wouldnt reduce the price of us having to do part of the work ourselves. Overall i do not recommend Abigail ot this salon.

Over charging!!!! Big time!!! I love giving tip, a big time tip but this salon is a scam!!! Overcharged and not even good on service.. rush my hair.. rush our hair cut! Then charged us so big time! My hair is so short, avery shirt, very little hi lite, not even use tone, charged me for 240????

Awesome and cute place! Came in for a cut today and was treated by Evelyn. She was so sweet and nice. We had a great conversation. I have not had a hair cut since covid started and Evelyn got me all sorted out! I left feeling amazing. I will be back!
