I ordered hair from this company in May 2022, loved the hair once it was finally received. The communication was less than I expected. But I’m a Detroit girl and I’m always rooting for my home team. I recently placed an order on 1/19/23 to date I have not received an order confirmation, despite multiple online chats via their website and two voicemail messages to their number listed on their website. I wish they had a better system of communicating with customers. The product is great, but the level of communication and professionalism is lacking. Sure hope I get my items on time.

If you have an important event I would not use this company. I called Kia the owner about purchasing a wig and getting it customized and installed for my vow renewal. I let her know how important this day was for me and how I needed the wig and for it to installed by a certain date because my vow renewal was going to take place in Hawaii. She reassured me everything would be fine. She told me to purchase my wig online and she’ll see me in-store with my wig for install on my appointment. Well the day of my appointment (the day before my trip)She called me notifying me that the wig was still in China and that she could give me a ponytail. What!? First of all I was under the understanding she makes her own wigs. She knew days in advance the wig wasn’t coming, yet she willing chose to make me aware the day of my appointment. This put me under tremendous stress as my flight was leaving the next day. I asked her for a refund so I could purchase a wig elsewhere, she stated, “I don’t usually give refunds, but I’ll call you back and let you know.” She never contacted me back. I texted her she never responded. Thank God I placed my order through PayPal, I was able to dispute the charge. Even with disputing the charge through PayPal she waited until the last minute to refund me.

This was my first time purchasing hair from here about a month ago, and I have to say…….. I LOVE THIS HAIR!!! I bought the 2 16 inches with a lace closure body wave the customer service was excellent and the hair is the best I have ever purchased!!! I have straightened it and it’s still soft and healthy. There is absolutely no shedding at all. My new go to place to buy my bundles!!!

Kia is a great stylist (I’ve been as consistent as a customer as someone could be being that I’ve lived out of state for the past 4 years) but is trash as a business owner. She agreed to complete a wig maintenance service by a certain date, took my money, and gave me the runaround for over a month just to send my wig back untouched with a barely acceptable excuse. As I’m writing this review, she is still holding on to the money for a service she did not complete. When asked when I’d, for certain, have my product after being told on 3 different occasions that it was coming, she was barely responsive, lied multiple times about what happened, deflected from the issue, and was not at all apologetic. At this point, she’s blocked me from communicating with her because she knows that she is wrong.

I bought the Hairmisses 5 in 1 curling wand and I have to say I have not picked up any other tool since! It’s super easy to use. She packaged it in a super cute box and cloth tote bag, and even gave me free samples of beauty products. Kia was very helpful with how to care for the product and how to get the best result for my curls! She is also the bomb at doing hair! I can’t wait to book my appointment.

I have finally found my forever hair weave stylist! Takia is extremely professional, not only does she value your time she understands the importance of communication! She needed to do my hair at a later time and she didn’t let me come and sit in the shop for hours- she told me in advance that she needed to push it back! I love this because I was able to get my errands done!

I had a closure sew-in install and left it in for two months. Had it removed and noticed my edges were thin, brittle and I was going BALD. I then asked for an explanation stating I have had full sew ins before and frontals and never had this issue. I had been warned by other people that she is NOT A LICENSED HAIRDRESSER but still gave the benefit of the doubt. She then blocked me from all forms of contacting her to get an understanding to what happened to my edges and any recommendations she might had to fix this issue. But was rudely blocked and ignored. To any future clients of her I do say make sure she isn’t ripping your edges out. I will be filing a formal complaint through the better business bureau. In hopes she learns from her mistakes and actually goes to cosmetology school and learn the right way and not just do everyone’s hair like they are all the same.
