My whole family sees Ashley A. She is the best! I have been getting my hair colored, cut, styled and straightened for years and I could not be happier with the results. My three kids (ages 4 and under) all go to see her and get so excited when they get to go for haircuts. They used to scream and cry then entire process, but now they run to the car to go! She is fantastic with kids and is skilled at cutting hair on a squirmy child! My husband also goes to Ashley for his cut and loves the “luxury treatment” of getting his hair washed in a massaging chair. The whole staff at the salon is friendly and welcoming to me and my family…I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Miscommunication with the stylist was the problem and the lack of willingness to correct it. Originally what I wanted was a balayage with reddish highlights but I expressed concern about it fading, I wanted something that would be easy to upkeep. She used a toner over blonde to make it red and I was not aware that I would need to come back every 6-8 weeks to keep it up.
