I was in desperate need of a cut and so headed over to my Groupon app to see if I could get a deal on a whim. I stumbled upon this place that offered the best deal. $15.50 for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to squeeze me in short noticeMaddie did a good job with my cut, but I feel like her blow out skills were lacking as she was not blowing the pieces of hair out until they were smooth, also she was clumsy in her technique. To save herself she flat ironed my hair, which I did not ask for, but was fine. She used about 5 or 6 different products in my hair which I felt just weighed it down. I can tell the “blow out” will end up looking greasy by the end of the day. The receptionist, Michelle, charged me $20 extra on top of the $15.50 Groupon I purchased for a wash, hair cut, and blow dry. Mind you, I asked for a very simple cut. Straight across. No layers and nothing fancy. When I asked her why $20 she replied back with $10 for long hair and $10 for flat iron. I was a little puzzled and finally told her after paying that I did not ask for the flat iron, but it’s fine. She replied back with it’s not fine and refunded me the $5. I told her I thought she said $10 and she made up some excuse as to how she broke it down the way she did, but my long hair blowout was ultimately $15 extra. First off Maddie didn’t even given me a proper blowout and flat ironed to make her job easier. Secondly, my hair is not long!!! It passes my shoulders by a couple inches and just hits my chest! And $15??? Come on. They think everyone who walks through that door is gullible. For a very simple cut, inadequate blowout, flat iron not requested, and “long hair” $20 EXTRA? It’s not about the money because I usually go to a salon that charges double what they charge here and the experience is stellar. It’s about principle. Don’t offer a Groupon like this to attract business, then try to con the customer when it comes time to pay. Michelle’s excuse was “I told you we might charge extra depending on the length of hair.” Ok and? My hair is not long and it doesn’t mean you can charge whatever you decide just because you say that. The salon is very dingy and outdated as well. I will not be coming back.

Critical: QualityI got a pedicure and manicure for me and my mom. I was horrible, my mom had never gotten anail service before so i thought it would be a nice treat. The cuticle was not cut and they rushed the service. I also got my hair done. I went with dye in my hair and wanted it to be removed so i could get a lighter color. They stripped my hair 5 time with the process wwhen i came home my hair was falling out. . i can go on but i think you got the picture. If yo. It was along time ago but I’ve never been back. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a dirty look by the woman at the front.(I’m assuming the owner) Another woman took me to the back to get my eyebrows waxed and it was done IN A SHAMPOO CHAIR/Sink! Anyways, our chat was great but my eyebrows look a MESS! It looks like I never even got them waxed. $12 dollars down the drain. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a dirty look by the woman at the front.(I’m assuming the owner) Another woman took me to the back to get my eyebrows waxed and it was done IN A SHAMPOO CHAIR/Sink! It’s always so hard when you have to get new Barber or stylist but I was made to feel comfortable and at home from the first time I went. Lauren is fantastic as a stylist and actually made it easy to change the way I did my hair but stay as close to the style I had it in.

The woman was very nice and personable but the gel manicure wasn’t very good. The sides of my nails weren’t totally covered in color and the small design I got bled. I feel like I didn’t even get a real manicure. She cut a little of the cuticle not my nails. why my entire hand had to sprayed with rubbing alcohol I have no idea but it was not pleasant. I’ve never had that happen that way at any other salon. I won’t go back unfortunately I felt it was a waste of money I could of did what she did myself

Excellent customer care, talented stylists and nail tech. When I got married over a decade ago, I moved to an area where there are 5 nail salons less than a 5 minute drive away. I continue to drive the 22 minutes (one way) it takes me to get to Hairmasters because they take such good care of me there!

STOP! Do not have your nails done here. My daughters nail beds are all infected. The old lady doing her nails made her cuticles bleed. She cut to deep and then had to use a wooden stick to remove the nail polish when she over painted her nails. Told us not to use the Groupon to pay her. Oh and the best part the gel manicure came off the next day when she took a bath. Tried to charge 14.00 for a French manicure. Please see pictures.

I went in for a first time color! I am a naturally red head and I ask Maddie the stylist opinion on color! When I tell you she nailed the color and absolutely love it! I will be going there every time to get my touch up! Super amazing people Maddie is an excellent stylist 100 percent satisfied! Ty again Hair Masters!

Unfortunately, they don’t give good manicures. The lady was REALLY nice and they had great colors, but the gel manicure I received wasn’t good. I feel bad, but she got gel polish all over my skin and kept having to file my skin from the gel throughout the manicure and when it was already done. The manicure also doesn’t look nice (it’s messy and touching my cuticles all around my nail). I came here because of Groupon, but I won’t be coming back. So sorry, the best of luck though!
