A friend and I had an appointment with Bernice for balayages at 9 am. My friend asked for darker hair with a warm balayage and I also asked for darker balayage and provided multiple reference pictures of what we wanted. We left that day after 2 p.m. not only looking nothing like the reference pictures or what we had asked for but my friends hair was lighter if not exactly the same color and my hair looks so terrible!

Did a really bad bleach job on my hair and it started to fall out. Can’t remember the stylist’s name but she was amazing. She cut my hair into a pixie cut and even though there was still some breakage she didn’t want to go any shorter. She told me to come back in a couple months and she’ll clean it up and properly bleach my hair for me when I’m ready. Will definitely recommend.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time trying hair masters. Was there for appointment and they got to me 10 mins late. I said okay all good no biggie. The young lady walks me back to her station and brushes the hair off the seat with her hand and there are still piles of hair from the last person she just cut. I tell her exactly how to cut my hair which is about as simple as you can have a regular fade haircut and she still finds a way to mess it up. All this and I had to pay $25 for it. I always go to Samantha, she is an expert in color and always makes me look and feel so beautiful. I used to go to her for blonde and it was absolutely perfect every time, now I switched things up and she helped me go darker and she absolutely killed it. 10/10 would recommend Samantha for blondes, highlights/lowlights and dark hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with coloring my hair, Sam’s the best.

Where do i start? Used clippers so hard it rocked the seat i was in, legitimately felt like she kept hitting my head with the klippers. At one point the kilppers got really hot and were painful and she said oops, brushed the area super stiff brush, then USED THE SAME HOT CLIPPERS SOME MORE. Then when she started wetting my hair, she combed all the water onto my face and didnt bother to wipe it once. Other than the oops, didnt speak a word to me the entire time. Left all the tiny clipping on my face, and gave me a haircut that was WAAAAY too short. Awful experience, havent had such a bad and painful haircut since army basic training. Never coming back.

Wish I could remember the name of the stylist who cut my sons and my hair. He was so friendly and was sanitizing everything around for covid . He talked about planets and the solar system with my 4 year old son, who just loves solar system and planets. My son said he has a new friend. Great place. Awesome people.
