This may have been my worst salon experience ever. I come here often, but I’ve never seen this girl before, she didn’t have a nameplate or license posted and I kind of wonder if she was just someone’s friend who came in to earn some quick cash. She did not seem to know how to do hair. I have thin fine hair and she used a fine tooth comb on my wet hair. I feel like anyone who has training would know not to do this. For each tangle she created she would just rip it out of my head. The comb was covered in my hair and I don’t know what hair school would teach you to just keep pulling at a tangle until the hair rips out. She styled my hair differently than how it was when I came in, and actually used a blow dryer to create a cowlick which doesn’t even make sense to me. I wanted the same color I always get but she claimed she couldn’t find my information and I ended up with the wrong color which started bleeding out that night. This isn’t the first time over the years that someone said they couldn’t find my information, and I believe they have my information on four different cards now but can’t ever seem to get it right. And even though I have thin fine hair that barely reaches my shoulders she charged me extra for long hair, even though there was a ton of products left in the bowl when she was done. It kind of made me wonder what she was going to do with that leftover product, like streak her own hair or something? And at checkout, you’re forced to tip and the options are 18, 20 and 25%. People shouldn’t be forced to tip in this state where all employees are making a minimum of almost $15 an hour, tips are for people who earn them. I feel like I’m always disappointed at this place, especially when they don’t use permanent color so it starts coming out within a couple of days, but this was the worst, and at over $100 a pop, they should be trying.

I have had great experiences going to this hair salon! Great customer service from everyone and I liked the atmosphere. My hair stylist is Kiley and she does amazing work! She is accurately detailed in her hairstyles and also with her technique in hair color! She is my go to girl! She’s very nice and does very well with helping her clients with ideas of color and styles that best suits your style! I recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great hair stylist!

Kiley is great. She has been doing my hair for years I have always trusted her when deciding to do something new to my hair or just maintenance from beauty school to getting her first salon job ranging from purple to going through the process of wanting blonde again she has always done an amazing job coloring my hair and always giving me the best haircuts!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else if I had the choice.

I called Hairmasters as soon as I got home (15 minutes later) and asked if I could come back in. They said they were booked for the rest of the night which is fine. I said that I couldnt come back in until after 4 because of my work schedule. They said they couldnt get me in until Thursday (two days later.) I asked if they couldnt squeeze me in? It would only take a few minutes to fix.
